I fell in love with aesthetics in high school reading and learning about it on my free time. Erin McGillicuddy Hurd is a local girl with strong ties to this community. Erin is a Board Certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. She is only one of three in the State of North Carolina to hold this distinction. Erin is a 1999 graduate of J. H. Rose High School and graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 with a Major in Communication and a Minor in International Studies and Global Trade and Commerce. Upon graduation, she worked in PR and Marketing in Winston-Salem, however realized her true love was helping others and returned home to pursue a nursing degree. She attended ECU College of Nursing and graduated with her BSN in 2008. She worked as a cardiac nurse putting herself though her Masters Program at UNC Chapel Hill, and achieved her FNP License in 2014.
